Frequently Asked Questions

What makes your candles unique?

Each candle starts with our own wax blend using coconut, apricot and beeswax. We also utilize hemp wicks. Then our candles are thoughtfully paired with a specific coffee origin, creating a fragrance experience inspired by the rich aromas and character of exceptional coffee.

Are your candles hand-poured?

Yes. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure premium quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

What type of wax do you use?

We use a high-quality wax blend. We blend our own mixture of coconut, apricot and beeswax.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn time varies by size, but with proper care our candles burn approximately 40 hours.

How can I get the best burn from my candle?

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn, and never burn for more than four hours at a time.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes! Our candles make thoughtful gifts, and they're perfect for birthdays, holidays, housewarmings, and coffee lovers alike.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to help resolve it.

Do you offer ground coffee or K-Cups?

To preserve the freshness and robustness of our coffee we are currently only offering whole bean. We recommend grinding fresh before each brew for the best experience.

Is your coffee commercially mass produced?

No. We partnered with a small business that shares our vision. They operate in small batches only — never roasting more than 25 lbs at a time. Every bag is roasted with intention, not volume.

What does the candle and coffee pairing actually mean?

Each candle in our collection shares a specific fragrance note with its paired coffee origin. The same cedar in Cinder exists in our Sumatra dark roast. The same citrus in Citrene lives in the Costa Rica. Light the candle, brew the coffee, and experience the same note twice — once in the room and once in the cup
